Are your crystals 100% natural?
Yes. All our crystals and gemstones are genuine natural stones sourced directly from mining origins. Natural inclusions, frost veils, color variations and minor surface textures are normal characteristics of real crystals – they are nature’s own signature, not defects.
Will the product I receive look exactly like the photo?
No two natural crystals are identical. The photos show representative pieces from the same batch. You will receive a piece of the same stone type, size range and quality grade, but natural texture and color may vary slightly from piece to piece – this is what makes each crystal unique.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
MOQ varies by product:
- Ready-stock items: MOQ is low, usually 10-20 pieces per style
- Private label / custom packaging: MOQ starts at 50-100 pieces
- OEM / ODM custom designs: MOQ depends on design complexity, please contact us for details

Do you offer sample orders?
Yes. Sample orders are available for most products. Sample cost (including shipping) will be refundable or deducted from your bulk wholesale order once it reaches the agreed quantity.
What are your payment terms?
- T/T (Bank Transfer) – standard for bulk orders
- PayPal – convenient for sample and small orders
- Other payment methods can be discussed for large-volume orders
How long is the production and shipping lead time?

How do you pack crystal products for shipping?
Each crystal piece is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy inner box.
Multiple pieces are secured with foam padding inside a double-layer export carton. We take extra care to prevent breakage during transit.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide, including the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and more. Shipping restrictions may apply for certain countries – please contact us to confirm delivery to your location.
